1. Services
We provide residential renovation services including kitchen, bathroom, basement remodeling, decks & patios, custom bars, and countertop installation.
 

2. Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are free and do not obligate either party. Final pricing and terms will be defined in a service agreement prior to project initiation.
 

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon during project negotiation and may vary by scope and duration. Any changes will be communicated in writing.
 

4. No Refund Policy
As we provide custom renovation services, we do not offer refunds. However, we remain committed to negotiating flexible solutions when needed.
 

5. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest quality, 12 Stone Renovations is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or client-requested changes outside the original scope.
 

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
